We do need to raise money through donations and fundraising in order to mount an effective campaign against the ScottishPower Planning Application.  The funds will be spent for example on producing an authoratative and exhaustive rebuttal of the planning application, employing independent experts where technical expertise is required, flying a BLIMP etc.
